BioConstruct has built its 50th biogas plant

 

Since business formation in 2001 fifty biogas plants have been built and put into operation.

Thereby the installed electric capacity of all biogas plants built by BioConstruct is more than 30 MW.  That means our biogas plants produce electrical power for more than 60.000 households and every year a thermal energy that is equivalent to 24 million litres of heating oil.

And many of these millions of litres of heating oil are not burnt because for most of our intelligent biogas plants we have found a valuable use for the thermal energy. This is our contribution to climate protection!

And we are particularly happy because the thermal energy produced in our 50th biogas plant also is used in a sound concept, this time in a research centre. For more information about the 50th biogas plant please click on the photo on the right....
