We’re a team of 150 minds full of great ideas. Most of all, we’re doers who make these ideas a reality as well. We plan. We tinker. We engineer. Things have gone wrong for us at times and we’ve learned from that. This not only gives us our knowledge advantage, but is also the secret to our infectious positivity and our great vibes.

We’re IT nerds and engineers. We plan and execute. We drive. We cycle. Yes, some of us are known to ride horses. We chat like old friends. We concentrate quietly. We drink coffee. We drink tea. We party. We like beer as well as soft drink, and even drinkers of the latter are known to be dance floor friends.

You can pick one yourself: e-bikes, mountain bikes, cargo bikes or any other type of bike.

Fantastic! How would I do that?

You’ll just have to get a quote from a bike shop that’s partnered with JobRad. The quote will get uploaded, I’ll get a notification and I’ll be able to approve the JobRad bike for you.

That’s right! And with us, it’s good for your wallet too, since the more you cycle the more we’ll pay into your JobRad financing plan. So, if you’re a dedicated cyclist like our team member Albert, you could get your JobRad bike for free!

Apart from that, we also support healthy food. For example, bioconstruct has a partnership with a ‘Solawi’ farm (a type of co-op).

What does that mean?

In this case, coupons for organic food.
You can head to the Solawi-Hof every Friday and pack a crate full of organic products like fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs, flour and bread – all seasonal.
